If in the event you are not satisfied for any reason with the product, you can inform us regarding the return of the product within 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a full refund. You can initiate the return by reporting the issue to us on sales@karungali.co.in.
In case you are not satisfied with the quality/authenticity of the products purchased or if the product is damaged during shipping, we will give a refund or exchange if the following criteria are met:-
- Before return or exchange let us know in details with the reason of return or exchange.
- Once your return and refund request has been acknowledged by us, you can initiate a return of your package as per instructions given to you by our customer care team.
- Refund will be initiated upon receipt of complete package.
- If the product is purchased as COD and the COD amount will not be returned , as the charges is for shipment partner.
- Please send us an email at sales@karungali.co.in before initiating the return. We recommend you to send the product via a reliable courier service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
